What is RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy that provides healing for a core issue you're experiencing. Developed by Marissa Peer, RTT uses a unique combination of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.

RTT has effectively helped my clients understand their issues' root causes.
Through understanding came transformational healing.

We will work with the subconscious mind because it already has all the answers. Answers to your questions hide under layers of limiting beliefs
and unhelpful thoughts.

And together, in hypnosis, we find those answers.
We will understand the root cause, so you can let go of the past
and focus on becoming the best version of yourself.


Free Consultation

Consultations will take place over a 30-minute video call on Zoom.

We will briefly discuss the issue you would like help with, how I can help you, and the number of recommended sessions you require. A consultation will ensure that your experience is tailored precisely to your needs.


In many cases, one session is enough to treat a problem effectively.

But, issues such as chronic medical conditions and deeply ingrained beliefs naturally require more attention and sessions.


Consultation is free of charge and is provided to all potential clients.

Session booking

Once we agree to work together, I will send you a link

to book your hypnotherapy package.

After you've booked a session, you will receive an email

with two forms attached - A Waiver form and an Intake form.

Fill in both forms with as much information as possible
and return them to me before our session.

We use Stripe as our payment processor so that you can pay for

a session with a debit or credit card.

RTT session

Your RTT session is 2-2.5 hours long, typically done over a video call on Zoom.

You will receive links to your RTT session in advance.


We will go through your intake form together at the start of your session.

We will fill in any gaps, and you can ask me

any further questions that you may have.

After this initial part, I will induce you into a hypnotic state,

and we will do the rest of the session in hypnosis.

The transformational recording is an essential part of every RTT session. 

The tapes are personalised to you, so no two recordings are identical.


Your only commitment is to listen to your recording daily for 21 days. Why 21 days? Twenty-one days is the generally recommended time by neuroscience experts

to ensure the healing changes are permanent.


You can listen to your recording once or twice a day. Based on my own experience,

I recommend listening to your recording first thing in the morning

and or just before you go to sleep.

Follow up call

After you've listened to your recording for 21 days, we will have a 30-minute video call on Zoom. Your follow-up call is already included in your payment package.


This call is for you to share your experience over the last 21 days and any shifts

and changes you have noticed.


We will reassess your beliefs and discuss anything else that you'd like healed,

and from there, you can book your next session.

Hello beautiful, it's lovely to meet you!

My name is Blanka Volná. My surname, Volná, means "to be free" in my mother language. It took me a long time to understand the real meaning of my name
and to accept full responsibility for my life choices.

I started my development journey eight years ago, learning from multiple trainers, coaches, and speakers. I even attended seminars and looked for life's answers. 

I was looking for the real me.

Today, through the award-winning methodology of RTT, I facilitate powerful transformational sessions for my clients, helping them find their voice and inner strength. Negative beliefs are shed, and my clients learn to leave the past where it belongs…in the past.

I find joy in witnessing my client's transformation throughout our Hypno sessions. 

As they connect the dots, I often see the change from helpless and hopeless to an assertive and confident person in front of my own eyes. This positive change is achieved by hypnosis – where you can heal your body by healing your mind.

Having the trust of my clients to be this 'transformational guide', gently navigating them through the process of debugging their minds, makes this work so enjoyable for me.

In my practice, I've achieved remarkable results with clients' problems. Problems ranging from Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, women's health issues, bone disease, back problems, panic attacks, breathing problems, skin conditions,
and chronic pain to phobias have all shown healing.

I'm constantly amazed and in awe of our minds' ability to rewire. My vision is that hypnotherapy and alternative therapies will soon become part of standard medical procedures. That one day, physical and psychological professionals will work together to provide every client with choices and combinations of healing methods.

Going into my hypnotherapy session with Blanka, I had no real expectation as
to what was going to come up.

  • How many sessions will I need?
    The answer to this question depends on each case - I can advise better on how many sessions you need during your free consultation.
  • I've never done an online hypnotherapy session; can you tell me what I will need?
    You will need a device with solid Wi-Fi. A laptop, PC, tablet, or smartphone with a video camera is fine. Please also come equipped with headphones and a microphone. Ensure you are in a quiet room with a comfortable chair, solid back support, and optional head support. Make yourself comfortable in any way that you see fit! Even if that means using a blanket or jacket to cover yourself. I will provide links for your session and talk you through the process at the beginning of our video call. You don't need any prior experience.
  • How should you prepare for your RTT session?
    Sit somewhere quiet, where you won't be disturbed for the entire session. Ensure your device is fully charged, with your webcam and microphone switched on. Please have some water and tissues to hand. Also, don't eat heavy foods less than 1 hour before your session.
  • Who are your clients?
    Most of my clients are women proactively seeking change to move on to the next level in their lives. My favourite topics to cover in sessions are finding your voice, empowerment, self-love and healing your inner child. I have also witnessed success in healing physical symptoms by healing the mind and understanding patterns of self-sabotage.
  • Why do I need to listen to my recording for 21 days?
    The mind learns through repetition, so listening to your recording works on the same principle as building any new habit. Neurons that fire together, wire together. By listening to your audio recording, you are making sure that the new neural pathways created in your brain during your hypnotherapy session are growing in strength.
  • What is RTT Therapy?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) embraces many positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, which are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy. RTT diagnoses what works best with clients to build a unique, highly effective therapeutic approach. RTT combines the most beneficial elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). But it differs from all those treatments. How so? Through RTT, we access the memory and recall of your subconscious mind to pinpoint a limiting belief holding you back. You formed this belief a long time ago, and it has been working away, below the surface, guiding you to continue with behaviours that no longer serve you. Once we’ve identified this belief, we work on letting go of that belief so you can replace it with new empowering thoughts, images and beliefs.
  • I have a health condition that my doctor told me, "I have to learn to live with" can you help me?
    Yes, I can help you. RTT is a powerful healing modality that aims to uncover the root cause of your illness. I have treated clients with problems ranging from fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, unhealthy eating habits, digestive problems, sleep problems, skin issues, muscle and skeletal problems, and female health to dentist phobias.
  • What is hypnosis?
    Hypnosis, or "being in a trance," is a way to describe feeling relaxed and comfortable. We go in and out of trance, our natural state of mind, daily. Can you imagine driving a car or walking down a familiar road without remembering how? That was you in a trance.
  • I don't live in London or the UK, can I still work with you?
    Yes, we can still work together, regardless of where you live. I conduct most sessions over Zoom, Messenger, or Google meet. The online sessions are as effective as in-person, with the added benefit of doing your session from the comfort of your own home!
  • I'm using another healing/coaching modality in my work, but sometimes I feel that I need therapeutic help. Would you be open to collaborating?
    Yes, I would be open to collaborating! I have experience working in teams with different professionals. I'm a firm believer that together, we can achieve more.
